Mason Graham NFL Draft Odds

Bet365 has a wide variety of betting markets for Mason Graham and other top prospects in the 2025 NFL Draft. Let’s take a look at the current odds for four of the most popular Mason Graham NFL Draft betting markets.

Mason Graham Overall Pick Odds

At Bet365, Mason Graham has -160 odds to be a top-five pick, a 61.54% implied probability. Additionally, you can bet on exactly which pick Mason Graham will be selected. You don’t have to get the team correct, only which number pick he will be drafted, which is great because trades can always happen before draft night on April 24, 2025.

Here are the current odds from Bet365 for Graham to go with the exact overall pick listed. We have included which team holds that pick as well:

  • 1 pick, Tennessee Titans (+10000)
  • 2 pick, Cleveland Browns (+10000)
  • 3 pick, New York Giants (+7500)
  • 4 pick, New England Patriots (+1000)
  • 5 pick, Jacksonville Jaguars (-150)
  • 6 pick, Las Vegas Raiders (+1000)
  • 7 pick, New York Jets (+800)

According to oddsmakers, Graham has less than a 1.5% chance of going in the top three picks. But once you get to that No. 5 pick, Graham becomes the betting favorite to go to Jacksonville, leading a group that includes offensive tackle Armand Membou (+550), linebacker Jalon Walker (+1000), and offensive tackle Will Campbell (+1000).

NFL mock drafts and insiders also agree that Jacksonville is the most likely landing spot for the dynamic DT that anchored Michigan's 2023-2024 championship-winning defense.

Mason Graham NFL Draft Over/under Pick Number

Many of the first-round prospects in the 2025 NFL Draft have over/under betting odds for their exact draft position. The Mason Graham NFL Draft position over/under is currently 5.5 with the following odds:

  • Over 5.5 (+130)
  • Under 5.5 (-160)

Graham has consistently been favored to go in the top five picks, as he's considered the consensus best defensive tackle prospect in the class. If Graham does fall out of the top five, don't expect it to be far. His odds to be a top-10 pick are -1600.

1st Defensive Lineman/Edge Selected Odds

Bet365 also has odds for the first defensive lineman/edge selected in the 2025 NFL Draft. Here are the top five candidates:

  • Abdul Carter, Penn State (-1500)
  • Mason Graham, Michigan (+600)
  • Mykel Williams, Georgia (+1600)
  • Mike Green, Marshall (+3500)
  • Kenneth Grant, Michigan (+4500)

This market has been consistent in the lead-up to the draft. Abdul Carter’s odds imply a 93.75% chance he is the first defensive lineman drafted, which is no shade to Graham, as Carter is a bonafide future star.

2nd Defensive Lineman/Edge Selected Odds

Here are the Bet365 NFL Draft odds for which defensive lineman/edge will be selected second in the draft, with Graham being the current heavy betting favorite:

  • Mason Graham, Michigan (-500)
  • Mykel Williams, Georgia (+800)
  • Abdul Carter, Penn State (+1000)
  • Shemar Stewart, Texas A&M (+1400)
  • Kenneth Grant, Michigan (+2500)

Shemar Stewart replaces Mike Green in this list compared to the previous market, but the odds still favor Graham to hear his name as the second DL prospect drafted.

Which Team Will Draft Mason Graham?

The closer we get to the 2025 NFL Draft, the more likely it looks that quarterback Cam Ward, wide receiver/corner Travis Hunter, and edge rusher Abdul Carter will be the top three picks selected. That explains the long odds for Mason Graham to go in the top three, despite being favored to go into the top five (-160).

But once you get to the Patriots at pick No. 4, much more uncertainty enters the equation. The Patriots may not be interested in Graham after paying Eagles defensive tackle Milton Williams a boatload of money in free agency.

The Jaguars hold the No. 5 pick and are the current favorites to select Mason Graham (-150). In recent years, the Jags have addressed edge rushers by paying Josh Hines-Allen and using the No. 1 pick on Travon Walker in 2022. But their pass rush win rate from interior defensive linemen was ranked 31st in 2024, so pouncing on Graham would make a lot of sense.

Also, when you play in the AFC with quarterbacks like Patrick Mahomes, Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, Joe Burrow, Justin Herbert, C.J. Stroud, etc., you better be able to put pressure on the quarterback’s face to disrupt their timing. And Mason Graham is a balanced defensive tackle who can plug holes and also get after opposing quarterbacks.

Mason Graham Draft Preview and Betting Tips

The odds point to Graham going in the top five. However, it's a risky pick because it essentially says Jacksonville or bust with that No. 5 pick, as it's looking unlikely that Graham will go before that. It's possible that the Jaguars go off-script and take an offensive tackle, such as Will Campbell or Armand Membou, which is one of their key draft needs.

But if the alternatives include a running back (Ashton Jeanty), a linebacker (Jalon Walker), or the second-best left tackle, then the Jaguars might look foolish if they don’t take the best defensive tackle in a conference where you must have a good pass rush to win. While drafting Graham may not qualify as filling a critical need for the Jaguars, he will most likely be the best player available with the No. 5 pick.

In our opinion, the risk-reward proposition for any of the Mason Graham NFL Draft markets doesn't really make sense. It's too risky to bet on him going No. 5 (or inside the top five), but not rewarding enough to bet on him elsewhere. However, if you’re comfortable betting on -500 odds with large wagers, you could justify wagering on Mason Graham as the 2nd defensive lineman/edge to be drafted behind Abdul Carter.

However, keep in mind that a $1,000 bet on -500 odds only wins $200 (total payout: $1,200), so that pick may not be the best use of the NFL Draft promo from Bet365, where you are getting a first bet safety net to be a little more risky with your initial wager.
