  • When Seattle has reached third down, they have converted 35.7%, 23rd in the league.
  • The Seahawks have converted just 4-of-12 (33.3%) red zone possessions for touchdowns over their past three games, 29th in the league.

Quarterback

Geno Smith: With a QB18 (13.8 points) scoring week last week versus Arizona, Smith has just one week this season in the front half of weekly scoring at the position and one week as a QB1 scorer.

Smith is still at the front of the position in completion rate over expectations (8.0%), and his yards per attempt (7.4 Y/A) and per completion (10.8 yards) are right in line with last season.

But his 3.7% touchdown rate is well below his 5.2% rate in 2022 while he is averaging 20 fewer passing yards per game (231.8) than a year ago (251.9) because Seattle has been less aggressive through the air.

Seattle is currently 19th in the NFL in dropback rate (59.5%) after a 62.4% rate (11th) in 2022.

The Seattle offensive line has been an issue, as Smith has been pressured on 40.2% of his dropbacks, the fifth-highest rate in the league.

Smith did not hit last week in one of the softest matchups for fantasy, so expecting him to be more than a 2QB option here is a significant ask.

The Browns did just a lapse against Gardner Minshew last week to keep the lights on, but Cleveland is still allowing just 9.8 passing points per game with that added on, which is second in the league.

The Browns are playing man coverage at the highest rate in the NFL this season (44.7%).

So far this season. Smith is last in the NFL with just 3.6 Y/A against man coverage.
