Trust = spike production for that player

Quarterback

Justin Herbert (TRUST): Herbert has had issues since losing Mike Williams, but he was still able to get over for fantasy in the first two games without him.

That did not happen on Sunday, as Herbert closed the week as QB21 (10.9 points), his first week this season failing to finish as a top-10 fantasy scorer.

Since Week 4, Herbert has completed fewer than 60% of his passes in all three games. Over that span, he is 34th in the league in completion rate below expectations (-5.7%).

Herbert has struggled in the second half of those games. After halftime over his past three games, he is 21-of-43 (48.8%) for 279 yards (6.5 Y/A) with one touchdown and four interceptions.

The only quarterback with a lower rating than Herbert’s 38.8 rating in the second half over that span is P.J. Walker (38.3).

Herbert has faced Dallas and Kansas City in the past two games if looking for an avenue of excuse-making.

This week he gets a Chicago defense that has allowed a 68.5% completion rate (24th), 7.3 Y/A (23rd), and a 5.5% touchdown rate (29th).

The Bears have been better against Brian Hoyer and Kirk Cousins the past two weeks, but only Cousins has scored fewer points than his average entering the matchup with the Bears.
