Trust = spike production for that player
Quarterback
Trevor Lawrence: Lawrence comes out of the bye as the QB18 in points per game (15.1).
He has logged just three QB1 scoring weeks. Two of those weeks were against the Colts, and he rushed for a career-high 59 yards in the other.
The 49ers were flooded in their two games before the bye, allowing Kirk Cousins (21.0 points) and Joe Burrow (27.6 points) to shred them.
That gives Lawrence a path to the upside, but Lawrence has been more of a fringe QB1 and best as a floor-based QB2 this season. Despite the lack of spike weeks, he has just one week lower than QB18.
San Francisco only pressured those two on 36.7% of their dropbacks (17th) after logging a 41.5% pressure rate prior (third). That prompted the 49ers to add Chase Young at the trade deadline.
Lawrence has only been pressured 29.6% of his dropbacks, the fourth-lowest rate in the league.
But when he has been pressured, Lawrence has completed 47.5% of his passes (21st) with three touchdowns, three interceptions, and a 67.0 rating.
When kept clean, Lawrence has completed 74.1% of his passes with six touchdowns, one interception, and a 101.1 rating.
