- The Bengals are 6-1 against the spread on the road compared to 1-5 ATS at home.
- The Titans are a league-worst 2-11 against the spread, which includes a league-worst 0-6 record ATS at home.
- The Titans have been outscored by 104 points (252-148) over their past 9 games, the worst point differential in the league.
- Tennessee has the lowest success rate on passing plays this season (36.3%), compared to the league average of 43.5%.
- Cincinnati games average a league-high 55.5 combined points per game.
- The Bengals have trailed for 34.6% of their offensive snaps, the 6th-lowest rate in the league.
- Tennessee averages a league-low 24.9 yards per possession.
- The Bengals average 34.2 yards per possession, 12th in the league.
Trust = spike production for that player
Quarterback
Joe Burrow: Burrow kept his sensational season going on Monday, connecting on 33-of-44 (75%) of his passes for 369 yards and 3 touchdowns.
It was the fourth game in a row where Burrow threw for 300 yards and 3 touchdowns, the first quarterback to do so since Patrick Mahomes in 2018.
He has thrown for at least 250 yards with 3 touchdowns in five straight games, the first quarterback to do that since Peyton Manning in 2012.
He leads the NFL with 18 passing touchdowns since Week 9, including a bye week.
For the season, Burrow has thrown 5.5 touchdown passes to every interception, which is by far the best rate of his career.
His previous career high was 2.9 touchdowns for every interception in 2022.
Burrow also has a career-low 6.1% sack rate, which has historically been a bugaboo for him.
When Burrow has not been sacked on a possession, the Bengals average 2.76 points per drive, which is 7th in the league.
For fantasy, Burrow is the QB4 in points per game (22.5).
Sitting as a front-end QB1, Burrow will look to stay hot against a Tennessee pass defense that has surrendered a high rate of touchdown passes.
Since their Week 5 bye, the Titans have allowed a 6.2% touchdown rate, which is 30th in the league.
They have only allowed one 300-yard passer on the season and 6.9 yards per pass attempt since their bye (6th), but they have allowed multiple touchdown passes in six of their past nine games.
Will Levis: Levis struggled last week in as good of conditions you could have looked for.
We had six teams on bye, reducing the player field.
He was a home favorite against a Jacksonville defense, allowing the most passing points in the league.
Despite that layout, Levis was QB24 (7.0 points).
His 5.2 yards per pass attempt was his fewest in a game since the season opener.
Levis is stuck as a QB2 for gamers.
If you are looking for another matchup carrot, we have it.
The Bengals are 25th in passing points allowed per attempt (0.479) and 28th in passing points allowed per game (16.1).
We mentioned this last week. While the Bengals may not be a good defense, they have played a brutal schedule and have primarily held up against bad quarterbacks.
They have allowed QB1 weeks to Lamar Jackson (x2), Jalen Hurts, Justin Herbert, Jayden Daniels, and Russell Wilson.
But they did limit production against the Raiders, Browns, Patriots, Panthers, Giants, and Cowboys.
Andy Dalton had the most fantasy points (15.7) against them in that sample, and he threw for 5.5 yards per pass attempt.
Cooper Rush was the QB18 (13.8 points) on Monday, completing 51.6% of his passes for 5.9 Y/A.
Levis should have plenty of passing volume, and he could run into a few scores to provide a usable QB2 floor, but that is what keeps Levis as a 2QB option over being aggressive with him.
