For the first time since Week 3, we have a full 16-game NFL schedule this weekend. As certain fans begin their fantasy football postseason and NFL teams make their last-ditch effort to qualify for the playoffs, injuries and availability are more important than ever.
Here's a look at all the major injury storylines and a breakdown of how they could affect this week's outcomes:

Injured Reserve: CB Mark Fields, chest; CB Mike Hughes, neck; LB Anthony Barr, pectoral; DE Danielle Hunter, undisclosed.
- LB Eric Kendricks, TE Kyle Rudolph, RB Alexander Mattison are all out on Sunday. WR Chad Beebe is also Questionable. Kendricks is clearly the biggest loss as he is by far the Vikings best front 7 defender. Kendricks is graded as the 3rd best LB in the NFL by PFF, including grading out as the best coverage LB. He has 3 INTs and 4 pass break ups, which is extremely impressive from a LB. Veteran Todd Davis will take over and while he has posted a solid 71 run defensive grade so far this season, his 34.7 tackling grade makes him the 142nd ranked tackling LB. In addition, Davis has allowed 10 of 12 targets to be caught for 106 yards with 1 TD and 79 yac yards. This is an enormous drop off in coverage at the LB spot.
- Veteran TE Rudolph is out Sunday and the Vikings will need 2nd year man Irv Smith Jr. to step up after he has missed a few games this season.

- WR Mike Evans has been nursing a hamstring issue but should play Sunday.
- The biggest issue with Tampa is CB Jamal Dean and he is doubtful. He is the 7th best coverage CB, by PFF, and we saw what happened to that secondary last game against the Chiefs.

- Brandin Cooks and CB Philip Gaines have been limited at practice this week so it remains to be seen how this effects their status on Sunday. The Texans are already ultra thin at WR and CB so both would be a big blow.
- RB David Johnson was placed on reserve/COVID-19 list and is out Sunday.

- CB Buster Skrine didn’t practice this week due to a concussion and is out Sunday. Skrine has been targeted the 2nd most in the NFL in the slot and ranks 39th in the NFL in yards per snap allowed. No other Chicago CB has played much in the slot.
- OLB Khalil Mack was limited in practice due to a bad shoulder but he has been listed on the injury report all season. It remains to be seen if this is serious enough to make him sit. Clearly he would be a huge loss for the defense as he leads the team in pressures and is the #1 graded edge pass rusher according to PFF.

Injured Reserve: WR Adam Humphries, concussion; DE Jadeveon Clowney, knee; LB Jayon Brown, elbow; CB Kristian Fulton, knee; T Taylor Lewan, knee.
- Tennessee will be without DT Teair Tart as he was suspended for one game by the NFL for stepping on an opponent. Tart has not been a productive player on the DL but for a team that is lacking in talent at that position, every loss hurts depth.
- CBs Breon Borders and Adoree' Jackson will not suit up Sunday. Jackson has not played all season so that was no surprise, however, Borders missing the game is a blow. Borders has been the Titans best CB in coverage this season, ranking 24th in PFF coverage grade and has allowed the 17th lowest completion percentage among CBs at 55%. Desmond King will probably continue to stick in the slot, leaving rookie Chris Jackson most likely opposite Malcolm Butler. Jackson was just activated off the reserve/COVID-19 list. Jackson has graded out as the 123rd ranked coverage CB out of 125 CBs.
- TE Jonnu Smith will play this week after missing last week’s game against the Browns.

- Center Brandon Linder is out for this game and he has been the best OL on the Jags this season. He is rated as the #1 pass blocker and #4 run blocker among NFL centers. He has not allowed a sack this season. His fill in will be Tyler Shatley who has played 261 snaps at Center this season and has played ok with a 59.1 pass block grade and 72.1 run block grade. Shatley made three starts at center earlier this season, allowing one sack and four pressures in those games
- The following players are questionable for Sunday's home game against the Titans: TE Tyler Eifert (shoulder), LB Kamalei Correa (hamstring), CB Sidney Jones (Achilles), and CB Greg Mabin (hamstring).

- The only two guys that have been declared out are both in the secondary in Safety Jalen Thompson and CB Jonathan Joseph. Joseph is the highest graded CB in terms of coverage for the Cardinals. He is 47th in both pass coverage grade and completion percentage allowed.
- Kenyan Drake, Deandre Hopkins and Isaiah Simmons are all listed as Questionable, but all should probably play.

- After missing last week’s game, Daniel Jones is expected to play Sunday but it is not totally locked in as of yet.
- LB Blake Martinez did miss practice on Friday which is typically a negative indicator of not playing Sunday. Martinez is the 10th highest graded LB by PFF and is 13th in coverage grade. Rookie 7th round pick Tae Crowder would most likely start in his place. Crowder has posted a 39.7 PFF grade including a 49.7 coverage grade and is one of the worst LBs in essentially all metrics.

Injured Reserve: CB Essang Bassey, knee; CB Bryce Callahan, foot; TE Albert Okwuegbunam, knee; DT Mike Purcell, foot; DT Jurrell Casey, biceps; LB Von Miller, ankle; WR Courtland Sutton, knee.
- The Broncos suffered another major injury in the secondary. One week after losing Bryce Callahan, Callahan’s replacement, Essang Bassey, tore his ACL and will miss the rest of the season. Duke Dawson, who has played four-straight games at safety slid down to the slot and was not targeted. Dawson has struggled in coverage during his two-year career, yielding a passer rating of 124.6 on 19 targets. He has also allowed 79% of attempts to be completed for 12.3 yards per reception and a poor 6.4 YAC per reception.
- The Broncos are also without CB A.J. Bouye for a while as he’s facing a suspension for PED use. Starting opposite Dawson will be rookie Michael Ojemudia who has graded as the 97th ranked CB and his 14.8 yards per reception ranks 106th among 125 CBs. Behind those two guys will be journeymen Devante Bausby and Kevin Tolliver.
- Guard Graham Glasgow is doubtful to play Sunday. Glasgow has been solid this year with a top 25 pressure rate allowed at Guard while also grading out as the 17th best run blocker among NFL Guards. Austin Schlottmann is in line to take over and he has been absolutely atrocious. He has allowed 16 pressures on 144 pass block snaps (11.1%). That ranks 93rd out of 95 Guards this season. He is also graded as the 84th ranked Guard in run blocking.

- Christian McCaffrey is doubtful for Sunday. Tre Boston, Rasul Douglas, Yetur Gross-Matos are among those questionable. Dennis Daley is out. Boston and Douglas missing this game would be huge for the Panthers secondary. Douglas is the Panthers’ 2nd best coverage CB, according to PFF, and Boston has allowed the 16th lowest yards per reception, including the 2nd lowest yac per reception, among NFL Safeties.
- DJ Moore and Zach Kerr are out due to COVID-19, however they have activated LB Shaq Thompson, WR Curtis Samuel and DT Derrick Brown from the reserve/COVID list and all three are practicing. They had been high-risk close contacts. Without Moore, look for Pharoah Cooper to potentially slide into the 3rd WR role.

- The Cowboys are suffering at the CB position and mainly because Chidobe Awuzie was recently placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list and Anthony Brown has been limited with a rib injury. Neither CB has played well but once you include that Trevon Diggs was placed on IR last week, the depth takes a major hit.
- DE Aldon Smith and RB Ezekiel Elliot have both been limited this week as well but are expected to play.

- LT Jonah Williams was placed on IR this week. Williams is by far the best OL for the Bengals and ranks 30th among NFL Tackles in pressure rate allowed. Rookie Hakeem Adeniji will start in his place. His 8.3% pressure rate is almost double that of Williams and ranks bottom 12 among 87 NFL tackles.
- Rookie WR Tee Higgins hurt his hamstring last week and is Questionable. Higgins has been one of the most productive WRs in the NFL this season as a rookie. With Auden Tate also out, the Bengals would be down to mainly AJ Green and Tyler Boyd if Higgins cant go.

- Running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire was active on Sunday night after being a late addition to the injury report with an illness. However, the rookie didn’t play a snap. He should be good to go this Sunday.
- Tyrann Mathieu is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Dolphins after being limited during Friday’s practice because of a hip injury. Mathieu, who leads the Chiefs with 5 interceptions this season, has yet to miss a game since he joined the team last year. He is graded as the 34th ranked overall Safety this season but he is the heart and soul of that defense.

- Kyle Van Noy (hip) and Elandon Roberts (chest) returned to practice Friday after missing Wednesday and Thursday. Roberts has really struggled this season but Van Noy has been a great pass rusher for Miami. He is 3rd in pressures and tied for 2nd in sacks.
- RB Salvon Ahmed (shoulder) and OL Ereck Flowers (ankle) missed every practice this week and most likely out Sunday. Flowers was enjoying the best season of his career, allowing just 15 quarterback pressures in 434 pass-blocking snaps. He is 16th in pass block grade among NFL Guards. Right guard Solomon Kindley slid over to the left side to fill in for Flowers on Sunday while versatile backup Jesse Davis took his spot on the right side. Kindley is graded as the 52nd ranked Guard as a pass blocker and only 82nd as a run blocker. The Dolphins offensive line has struggled all season, they rank 21st in pass-blocking and 30th in run-blocking, according to PFF.

Injured Reserve: LB Blake Cashman, hamstring; K Sam Ficken, groin; DB Brian Poole, knee; S Bradley McDougald, shoulder; DE Kyle Phillips, ankle.
- Rookie WR Denzel Mims is out and slot WR Jamison Crowder is questionable after missing practice on Friday. Mims has played well and PFF has him graded as the 31st ranked WR and on a yards per reception basis he ranks 7th at over 17. Mims is 2nd in deep targets on the Jets but on a per game basis is tops on the team. Crowder is the Jets most reliable WR and leads the team in receptions, yards and TDs. If he can't play, look for Braxton Berrios to take over the slot role.
- RG Greg Van Roten will miss Sunday's game. He has been a good pass blocker, ranking 18th in pass blocking grade among NFL Guards and has only allowed 2 sacks this season on over 400 pass block snaps. Josh Andrews takes over and has allowed 13 pressures on only 95 pass block snaps. His 13.7% pressure rate ranks DEAD LAST among 95 Guards this season. Against a bad Raider pass rush last week he allowed 3 pressures on only 24 pass block snaps. When you include Pat Eiflein starting at LG, the interior of the Jets OL have PFF pass block grades of 24.5 (Eiflein, ranking 92nd out of 95 Guards), 37.5 (McGovern, ranking 41st out of 42 Centers) and 16.6 (Andrews, ranking 93rd out of 95 Guards). Triple Yikes.
- A bad defense gets even worse with the loss of DE Jordan Jenkins and Safety Ashtyn Davis. Jenkins is 2nd on the team in sacks and 3rd in pressures. His 10.2% pressure rate ranks 42nd out of 120 edge rushers. His replacement will be Bryce Huff, who has an 8.2% pressure rate and only 1 sack. Davis is a rookie and has been poor in coverage but he is the best tackler on the Jets and is graded as the 3rd best tackler among Safeties.

- Left tackle Anthony Castonzo is listed as questionable after missing Week 13 with a sprained MCL. Castonzo ranks 13th among tackles in pass-blocking, but has struggled as a run-blocker in 2020. Castonzo's typical backup, La'Raven Clark is on the IR after tearing his Achilles in Week 13, so Chaz Green will be the top option if Castonzo can't play on Sunday. Green allowed two sacks in relief of Clark last week.
- In better news, Rigoberto Sanchez remains out, but Frank Reich remains optimistic the punter can return in 2020 after having successful surgery to remove a cancerous tumor at the end of November. Ryan Allen will be the Colts punter in the interim.

- Jeff Heath is out and Johnathan Abram is questionable, potentially leaving the Raiders without either of their starting safeties. Erik Harris lost his job to Heath in Week 11, so he could reclaim his starting job with Heath out.
- Heath has been by far the best Safety for the Raiders, grading out as the 16th best in coverage and 9th best in tackling. Harris is 63rd in coverage grade and 76th in tackling. The loss of Heath is huge.
- Damon Arnette's concussion also complicates the Raiders secondary depth. Arnette lost his starting job earlier in the season, but the rookie has played sparingly in the past few weeks. Isaiah Johnson is also questionable, so versatile veteran Lamarcus Joyner, who normally plays the slot, could end up with extra responsibilities on Sunday.

Injured Reserve: WR Olamide Zaccheaus, toe; DB Jordan Miller, oblique; DB Damontae Kazee, Achilles.
- No Julio Jones, Ricardo Allen, James Carpenter on Sunday for the Falcons. RT Kaleb McGary is questionable (not injury related, personal matter) and Todd Gurley didn't practice but will play. Julio has been in and out of the lineup all season. The Falcons have played three games without Juilo this season and in those games, Calvin Ridley has seen over 10 targets per game.
- Carpenter is 56th in pressure rank at guard and has graded out as the 80th ranked run blocking guard. McGary hasn’t played well either this season with a 64th ranked 6% pressure rate. Individually neither is a big loss but together this is a cluster injury issue along the OL. Matt Gono would take over at RT for McGary and he has allowed 6 pressures on 81 pass block snaps. He has posted a poor 40 PFF pass block grade. Taking over for Carpenter would be Justin McCray who has allowed 5 pressures on 47 pass block snaps. He has posted a 47.5 pass block grade and last year he graded as the 118th pass blocking tackle among 124 NFL tackles.
- Safety Ricardo Allen is out and he is top 35 in overall defense and pass coverage among 93 NFL Safeties by PFF. Sharrod Neasman is expected to start and he has really struggled on 107 snaps. He has been graded as the 146th ranked overall Safety, including 132nd in coverage out of 159 Safeties.

- LB Denzel Perryman missed last week’s game and has been limited this week. His presence in the middle of that defense was felt as the Chargers got torched on the ground by New England. He’s the NFL’s 4th best run defender at LB and the run defense needs him against Todd Gurley.

Injured Reserve: QB Kyle Allen, ankle; S Landon Collins, Achilles; RB Bryce Love, knee; DT Matt Ioannidis, biceps.
- The loss of Antonio Gibson will be a big one for the Washington offense. Gibson leads all rookies with 11 touchdowns this season and is averaging 5.4 yards per carry since Week 7. Peyton Barber and JD McKissic will split carries in Gibson absence, but the former is averaging 2.7 yards per carry and the latter is primarily a receiving back.

- The state of the 49ers slot cornerback is in flux with Emmanuel Moseley listed as doubtful and K'Waun Williams considered questionable for Sunday. Dontae Johnson got the start at nickelback last week and allowed five catches for 34 yards on six targets. His 81.7 coverage grade was the highest on the 49ers in Week 13.
- The DL continues to take a hit with the loss of both DJ Jones and Kevin Givens. Neither has played great this season but its a big blow in depth.

- Deandre Swift did practice Friday and it looks like he will be able to play following a multi-week concussion. However, Jeff Okudah and Kenny Golladay will both miss another game.
- RT Tyrell Crosby is out Sunday. He has allowed a 4.6% pressure rate, which ranks 36th among Tackles. He grades worse as a run blocker at 66th. 2nd year UFA Matt Nelson will probably start. Nelson has allowed 4 pressures on 58 pass block snaps with terrible pass block (48.1) and run block grades (40.8).

- The Saints will play their fourth-straight game without Drew Brees. Taysom Hill has completed 71-percent of his passes and averaged 7.1 yards per attempt in the Saints three-game winning streak.
- CB Patrick Robinson is out but the good news is stud CB Janoris Jenkins will be back in the lineup this week and is graded by PFF as the 13th best coverage CB.

Injured Reserve: T Jason Peters, toe; T Lane Johnson, ankle; CB Cre’Von LeBlanc, ankle; LB Nate Gerry, ankle; WR Desean Jackson, ankle; T Andre Dillard, biceps.
- Jalen Hurts will make his first NFL start behind a makeshift offensive line. Both Jason Peters and Lane Johnson are on the IR, forcing Nate Herbig to start at right guard and rookie Jack Driscoll will start at right tackle. Carson Wentz was famously the most-sacked quarterback in the NFL through 12 weeks, but the Eagles pass-blocking ranks 18th on PFF.
- Darius Slay dealt with a calf injury, but played through it the last few weeks. He left Week 13 early with a knee injury, but he is expected to play after being limited in practice all week. After struggling against DK Metcalf and Devante Adams, Slay draws another tough matchup in Michael Thomas.

Injured Reserve: LB Bud Dupree, knee; RB Trey Edmunds, hamstring; LB Devin Bush, knee; T Zach Banner, knee.
- The Steelers linebacking corps have taken a number of hits in recent weeks with Bud Dupree joining Devin Bush on the IR and Bush's replacement, Robert Spillane, missing time with a knee injury. Meanwhile, the Steelers other inside linebacker, Vince Williams, is also out for Sunday after being added to the reserve/COVID-19 list. Former Jet Avery Williamson could make his first start since being acquired by the Steelers at the trade deadline and Marcus Allen should make his first career start next to him. Rookie Alex Highsmith totaled four QB pressures in Week 13 on 42 pass-rushing opportunities last week.
- The Steelers will lose veteran CB Joe Haden but do get back Steven Nelson. Haden is graded as the 22nd ranked coverage CB and Nelson 27th. Haden has played well but has struggled allowing big plays. He ranks 109th in yards per reception at nearly 15 yards per reception.
