The Carolina Panthers became the first three-win team of the season on Thursday night, but unfortunately for Matt Rhule's squad, both Christian McCaffrey and Jaycee Horn left the game early with potentially serious injuries.
This weekend will be crucial for a number of teams trying to crawl out of an early hole, some of whom will be without their starting quarterbacks.
For non-roster injuries, be sure to check out our Injured Reserve tracker and our reserve/COVID-19 list tracker.

Despite the long list of “questionables,” count seven of them total, the bigger concern for the Ravens is their reserve/COVID-19 list which currently houses four players, including Justin Houston and Brandon Williams. Add in Derek Wolfe already being ruled out and it could be tough sledding for the Ravens defensive front. Calais Campbell and Odafe Oweh are the Ravens two best healthy pass-rushers, combining for 11 pressures in the first two weeks.
With Ronnie Stanley out, Alejandro Villanueva will get the second-straight start at right tackle. The former Steeler looked more comfortable at his natural position in Week 2 after surrendering a pair of sacks at right tackle in the season opener. Lions

Jamie Collins isn't hurt, but his time with the Lions is over. He will remain away from the team as they attempt to trade him. Rookie fourth-round pick Derrick Barnes and fifth-year vet Jalen Reeves-Maybin are the next two guys up on the depth chart. The former has just five NFL snaps under his belt and the latter hasn't started a game since 2019. The Ravens boast the NFL's most efficient rushing attack in the NFL and Detroit's defense has allowed 76 points through two games. If Collins's replacements aren't up to par, there could be a lot of points on the board.

The Cardinals offensive line looks extra depleted this week with right guard Brian Winters out due to personal reasons and reserve tackle Joshua Miles out with an ankle injury. Kelvin Beachum is dealing with a broken rib that “got worse” in Week 2 so his status is firmly questionable.
Josh Jones will continue to start at right guard, but Winters has been rotating in at the spot at times. However, Jones will play uninterrupted on Sunday after the Cardinals released Winters on Saturday. Justin Murray would be the next guy up at right tackle if Beachum can't go, but he is a suitable replacement after not allowing a sack in 362 pass-blocking snaps last season.

Russell Gage's absence opens the door for Tajae Sharpe or Christian Blake to get more looks in the Falcons' offensive attack. The duo has only received three targets this season in the Falcons' lackluster passing game. Matt Ryan's 5.6 yards per attempt ranks among the five worst quarterbacks in football.
T.J. Green will start at corner for A.J. Terrell. Green has received the Falcons' second-highest coverage grade on Pro Football Focus this season. The only issue is Terrell is the man ranked ahead of him.

Kenny Golloday missed a lot of time last year with a hip injury so the re-emergence of that is certainly worrisome. However, Evan Engram is trending the right way and could be a go on Sunday. Daniel Jones has targeted the middle of the field a lot this season, but Engram thrives more outside the numbers. Consider this: Of Engram's 54 targets over the middle in 2020, only 28 were complete and six were intercepted.

Xavier Su'a-Filo's impending absence could lead to rookie Jackson Carman's first NFL start. The second-round pick out of Clemson has played just five snaps this year, all on special teams. The Bengals' offensive line hasn't gotten off to a great start this season, ranking in the bottom-10 of PFF's pass-blocking and run-blocking ratings.
No Tee Higgins could also be an issue for the Bengals. Higgins leads the team in targets and catches. Tyler Boyd and Ja'Marr Chase, who is averaging 22.1 yards per catch, should get most of the targets from Joe Burrow this week.

T.J. Watt seems to be a firm game-time decision at this point. While the Steelers do have Melvin Ingram III to man one of their edge rusher spots, Alex Highsmith's absence leaves a pretty big hole on the other side of the field. Former undrafted free agent Jamir Jones could get his first career start after playing just 16 snaps in the first two games of the season. Taco Charlton is currently on the Steelers' practice squad and could be activated for the game due to a lack of depth on the roster.
Diontae Johnson is the big name who will be missing from the Steelers offense after injuring his knee late last week. James Washington could be the Steelers' third receiver behind Juju Smith-Schuster and Chase Claypool.

Justin Fields will get his first NFL start on Sunday. However, it couldn't be a much better matchup for the rookie. Cleveland has allowed 8.7 yards per pass attempt this season and only four teams have less than the three sacks tallied by the Browns this season. Cleveland has also only blitzed on 23 percent of their defensive snaps whereas the Bengals–Fields's opponent last week–blitz closer to 35 percent of the time.
If Eddie Goldman is out, Khyiris Tonga will make his first NFL start. The 321-pound rookie has played 21 snaps this season at nose tackle. In his five rushing attempts off the center, Nick Chubb has picked up 32 yards.

Losing Chris Harris Jr. before playing the Chiefs high-flying offense certainly isn't ideal, although Asante Samuel Jr. played well in his first-career start last week. He notched a pair of pass breakups and an interception on six targets.
The Chargers' pass rush could also be thin if Joey Bosa is unable to go. Justin Jones already looks to be out, leaving Christian Covington to start in his spot. Edge rusher Kyler Fackrell had double-digit sacks for the Packers in 2018, but hasn't had the same success since. He did have a sack last week and his 93.0 pass-rushing grade on PFF was second to T.J. Watt.

The Patriots better hope Trent Brown is ready to go on Sunday because their right tackle situation isn’t great in his absence. Yasir Durant started at right tackle on last week, but was benched after allowing three sacks.
Justin Herron was the next man off the bench and while he didn’t allow any sacks, his play didn’t inspire much confidence. Left guard Michael Onwenu did start 13 games at right tackle last season and could move back there in a pinch.

Carson Wentz's ankles are the biggest question heading into Week 3. Only Jacob Eason and practice squad quarterback Brett Hundley split time with the first-team offense in practice this week before Wentz's return on Friday. Wentz may be an upgrade over Eason and Huntley, but whether he's been worth his price tag this season is another story. Despite ranking fifth in the NFL in time-to-throw, Wentz has been sacked six times on 37 dropbacks.
However, according to Ian Rappaport, Wentz is expected to start on Sunday after a strong practice on Friday. Huntley was elevated from the practice squad on Saturday as a precaution.

Unfortunately for Brissett, Las Vegas boasts a strong pass rush, led by Maxx Crosby, who currently leads the NFL in quarterback pressures with 19. Add in Yannick Ngakoue and Carl Nassib, both of whom are expected to play, and it could be a tough afternoon for the Dolphins.

Dalvin Cook's ankle is a tricky situation. The running back didn't practice at all this week, but it could have been precautionary as he carries the “questionable” designation into the weekend. Cook did “some work” according to Mike Zimmer on Friday. The running back has touched the ball 50 times through the first two weeks of the season.
At 0-2, the Vikings may be desperate and push their star to play, especially with Alexander Mattison and Ameer Abdullah as his only backups. Mattison has just six touches this season, which is twice what Abdullah has garnered.

Elgton Jenkins has been one of the Packers most important players and his loss will be felt on Sunday night. Jenkins has started 32-straight games, but his replacement remains a mystery. Billy Turner has experience and could slide over from right tackle or Yosh Nijman could be getting his first-career start and protect the blindside of the reigning MVP against Nick Bosa.

Trey Sermon is the only 49ers running back to be healthy after all three went down against the Eagles last week. Sermon was inactive in Week 1 and received just one carry in Week 2, but took a nasty hit and landed in concussion protocol. The third-round pick will get a lot of touches with only Jacques Patrick and Trent Cannon listed on the roster as his backups. However, Kyle Shanahan could get creative and use Deebo Samuel, Brandon Aiyuk or even Trey Lance in the rushing attack.

The Eagles were dealt a tough blow last week, losing Brandon Graham for the season to a torn Achilles and losing Brandon Brooks for a while due to a pectoral injury. Philadelphia signed Ryan Kerrigan in the offseason and he has played 66 forgettable snaps through the first two weeks. Josh Sweat could also get the start on Monday night after signing a long-term extension last week. However, most of Sweat's experience has come playing on the right side of the line, spelling Derek Barnett.
Expect rookie second-round pick Landon Dickerson to fill in for Brooks at right guard. The Alabama product returned from a torn ACL in Week 2.
The bad news continued on Friday when Jordan Mailata sprained his knee in practice. Former first-round pick Andre Dillard will start at left tackle on Monday night. Dillard struggled in his rookie season and didn't play in 2020 after suffering an injury in training camp. Monday night will be his first start at left tackle since Week 9 of 2019.

The Cowboys will get Randy Gregory back this week from the reserve/COVID-19 list to aid their pass rush. With DeMarcus Lawrence on the shelf, Micah Parsons could find himself playing a lot on the edge for a second straight week. The rookie played 39 snaps on the defensive line last week after playing 38 snaps as a linebacker in Week 1. He was an elite pass-rusher too, racking up eight quarterback pressures, three quarterback hits and a sack.
