It's been a rough year in Denver for the former Seahawk, he's currently completing a career-low 58 percent of his passes and his touchdown percentage is less than half of his career average.
Wilson has thrown seven touchdowns in two games against the Jaguars in his career, but he also tossed three interceptions in his last outing against them, a 30-24 loss back in 2017.

– All Pro linebacker Shaquille Leonard is expected to make his return this week after playing just one game this season due to neck, head and back injuries.
He should replace Bobby Okereke in the starting lineup.
– Unfortunately, Leonard's return won't fix the Colts' offense that currently ranks 28th in points per drive. Instead, quarterback Sam Ehlinger will be tasked to do that in his first-career start.
Ehlinger's elevation comes after Matt Ryan suffered a shoulder injury, however Frank Reich has already Ryan's benching has as much to do with his ineffectiveness as it does his injury.
While Ryan heals up, it will be Super Bowl 52 MVP Nick Foles holding the clipboard.

– The 49ers will be down a pair of offensive weapons this week with Deebo Samuel and Kyle Juszczyk both expected to be inactive.
Samuel has had a great run of success against the Rams in recent years, averaging over 100 receiving yards in his last four games against Los Angeles, including a six-catch, 115-yard performance earlier this season.

– Allen Lazard is out this week after injuring his shoulder. With Randall Cobb also on the IR, that leaves Romeo Doubs and Sammy Watkins as the only healthy receivers with over 100 yards this season.
Watkins had two catches for 36 yards last week in his return from the IR and gets his chance to play against the team that drafted him for the first time.
– It'll also be interesting to watch David Bakhtiari's status this weekend. He's questionable with a knee injury and was a surprise inactive last week after his knee flared up on gameday.
