- This is the first time the Browns have been favored by seven or more points in back-to-back games since they returned to the league in 1999.
- Cleveland has gone 4-0 as favorites of seven or more points under Kevin Stefanski, but is 1-3 ATS in those games.
- Nick Chubb has scored a touchdown in eight consecutive regular season games, the longest active streak in the league.
- Browns running backs are averaging a league-high 6.5 yards per touch through two weeks.
- The Bears are averaging a league-low 3.9 yards per passing play through two weeks.
Quarterback
Baker Mayfield: Mayfield is one of just two quarterbacks (Russell Wilson being the other) that has averaged over 10.0 yards per pass attempt in each game to open the season. The efficiency has not elevated Mayfield in the fantasy column as he has been the QB27 (12.6 points) and the QB17 (17.5 points).
Mayfield could get Odell Beckham back this week, but with the injury to Jarvis Landry, is working with a group of nondescript pass catchers outside. The Bears bounced back in Week 2 a bit defensively against Joe Burrow, but we know what we have in Mayfield. He is a floor-based QB2 that can be efficient, but limited by passing volume. As a large home favorite, it is hard to see that changing here.
