Quarterback

Josh Allen: Allen’s Week 1 start is long in the rearview mirror as he has come back with games as QB6 (23.7 points), QB8 (21.3 points), and QB1 (36.5 points).

Allen has been the league’s best passer with the use of play-action early in the season.

With the use of play action, Allen is 27-of-33 (81.8%) for a league-high 13.7 yards per pass attempt and a league-high five touchdowns. That is good for a perfect 158.3 rating.

Allen is right back at the top of fantasy QB1 options.

The Jaguars have allowed over 20 fantasy points to every quarterback they have faced outside of Desmond Ridder, which is Anthony Richardson (20.9 points), Patrick Mahomes (21.2 points), and C.J. Stroud (20.6 points).

They are mid-to-subpar in allowing 7.1 yards per pass attempt (18th) and a 4.3% touchdown rate (22nd) to passers while also allowing 90 rushing yards and a touchdown to quarterbacks (20th in rushing points allowed).
