Quarterback
Teddy Bridgewater: Teddy just continues to live as a top-15 scorer. Last week was not pretty and was carried by garbage-time inflation, but with a QB12 scoring week (18.3 points) last week, Bridgewater has now closed as the QB11-QB15 in four of his five full games played this season with multiple passing touchdowns in four starts.
The Browns run defense has been good and sticky week-over-week, but they have been a mixed bag against the pass. Cleveland is 30th in points allowed per pass attempt (0.57) and 28th in passing points allowed per game (18.8). They have allowed three top-three scorers at the position this season, but they have been Patrick Mahomes, Justin Herbert, and Kyler Murray, who are damn good versus everyone. Those high-scoring games are orbiting games where they shut down Kirk Cousins and the Justin Fields in his first career start to go along with a tale of two halves against Tyrod Taylor and Davis Mills in Week 2. The Browns pass defense is very likely somewhere in the middle of the two extremes they have showed to this point while Bridgewater has shown he is a capable high-floor QB2 option.
