- Jacksonville has gained 263 fewer yards than their opponents, the worst differential for any team through two weeks.
- Kyler Murray has completed 9-of-13 passes (69.2%) over 15 yards downfield to start the season (second in the league). In 2020, that mark was 38.7% and 42.3% in his rookie season in 2019.
- Trevor Lawrence leads the league in percentage of pass attempts on throws over 15 yards downfield (29.8%), but has completed 40% (10-of-25) of those attempts, 21st in the league.
- Lawrence is averaging 3.9 yards per pass attempt under pressure, 32nd in the league and only ahead of Jameis Winston (3.7 Y/A).
- Cardinals wide receivers lead the league with 261.5 receiving yards per game to open the season.
Trust = spike production for that player
Bust = down-week production for that player’s standards
Quarterback
Kyler Murray (TRUST): Murray could not have had a better start, pacing the position in fantasy points in both weeks to start the season. His 66.7 standard fantasy points are the third-most for a quarterback over the opening two weeks of any season.
Murray has opened the season with improved deep-ball numbers and the Cardinals are getting much more out of their non-Hopkins wide receivers than last season.
After seven passing touchdowns and two rushing scores, Murray now gets a Jacksonville defense that has allowed QB1 scoring weeks to Tyrod Taylor and Teddy Bridgewater to open the season.
