Quarterback

Josh Allen (TRUST): Allen was not asked to do much on Sunday. He completed just 7-of-15 passes for 94 yards with a touchdown.

Buffalo had just a 29.2% dropback rate, their lowest rate in a game since Week 14 of the 2017 season. It was the lowest dropback rate for any team in a game this season.

He was able to add 24 yards and a rushing touchdown to do what he could but ended the week as QB16 (16.2 points) due to the run-heavy game script.

Allen has run through a gauntlet of front-end pass defenses of late, facing the Cowboys, Chiefs, Jets, and Broncos in four of his past five games.

This is a great spot for Allen to come up for air and have his way with a Charger defense that just allowed four passing touchdowns to Aidan O’Connell last Thursday.

The Chargers cleaned house after an embarrassing loss to the Raiders, but it is hard to see them slowing down this Buffalo offense.

The Chargers have allowed 7.7 yards per pass attempt (29th), 11.7 yards per completion (29th), a 4.5% touchdown rate (26th), and 16.9 passing points per game (30th) to passers.
