Minshew threw a season-high three touchdown passes in a game in which the Colts lost Michael Pittman in the first half.
Minshew has been a solid QB2, averaging 15.6 fantasy points per game over his past eight starts. He has been in the front half of weekly scoring in five of those games with three QB1 scoring weeks.
The Falcons have not faced a tough schedule this season, but they have not allowed streamers and 2QB options to get over on them, either.
Atlanta has allowed 6.6 yards per pass attempt (eighth) and a 61.5% completion rate (seventh) to passers. They have not allowed a touchdown pass in four of their past six games.
