Every Sunday in the weekly fantasy chats, I get asked about my favorite plays of the week or who is in my player pool that weekend for DFS.
This article series covers exactly that.
Every week, I will go through the players I am targeting to play in DFS for all games, tournaments, and game stacks.
The idea is that this will paint a clearer picture of framing lineups.

Core Plays |
Tournament Picks |
Best Game Stacks |
Our core players are the players we will have the most exposure to at their positions.
They can be played in cash games and tournaments.
I will analyze the player selections and game writeups, but for a detailed breakdown of the players and games, check out the Week 8 Worksheet.
Quarterback
Jordan Love ($8,900/$7,100)
Love has multiple touchdown passes in every game this season, leading the NFL with an 8.4% touchdown rate.
The Jaguars have been a premier target for us this season.
They have allowed a QB1 scorer in every game this season, which includes Deshaun Watson (15.4 points), Joe Flacco (26.6), Caleb Williams (28.6), and Drake Maye (20.8).
Every quarterback they have faced this season has scored more points against the Jaguars than they averaged entering that matchup.
Jacksonville has allowed a league-high 20.3 passing points per game.
Tua Tagovailoa ($6,100/$7,000)
Given the length of his absence, we can price in some volatility for Tagovailoa, but he is returning to an objectively strong spot for his return to the field while sitting at a comfortable price.
He is at home against an Arizona pass defense that we have picked on all season (on a short week across the country for an early kick).
This is a spot to get him acclimated.
Arizona has the worst success rate defensively against passing plays (47.5%).
Arizona is 29th in pressure rate (23.1%), and they have been carved up when it does not create pressure.
Without pressuring the opposing passer, Arizona has allowed 8.4 yards per attempt (30th), a 73.7% completion percentage (26th), and a 5.4% touchdown rate (25th).
