Welcome to Week 5 of The Worksheet, a comprehensive fantasy football preview, by Rich Hribar.
What is The Worksheet from Rich Hribar?
The Worksheet is a comprehensive weekly fantasy football preview for each NFL game. Rich Hribar analyzes the matchup for every notable fantasy player for every game every week of the NFL season.
We are already into October, and nearly a third of the fantasy regular season has come and gone.
Hopefully, you are sitting in a good place for four weeks.
Week 5 is the start of bye weeks.
We already have been shuffling and calibrating rosters around injuries and early-season breakouts and busts, but now we have to prepare for these added absences.
Make sure to remove all Chargers, Browns, Seahawks, and Buccaneers players from lineups. Those teams being off this week removes a sizeable amount of wideouts that regularly start weekly for teams.
We also have another game in London this weekend between the Bills and Jaguars, so be prepared ahead of time to adjust your lineups heading into Saturday evening.
We are now fleshing out a real sample of what we have on a team basis.
As always, the more information we acquire, the more robust our evidence-based approach can be.
This article will be updated throughout the week to reflect major news or injury implications.
I encourage you to use the game-by-game tables and data points here in conjunction with the player rankings that will be available each Wednesday and enjoy the games.
