Quarterback
Lamar Jackson: All of the injuries appear to finally be catching up to the Ravens and Jackson’s play has dwindled over the past month-plus as a passer. Over his past four games, Jackson is averaging 6.0 yards per pass attempt with six touchdown passes and eight interceptions.
Teams have been blitzing Jackson at will as he is now the third-highest blitzed passer in the league (35.8%) but that is not really the Browns game. Cleveland is 21st in blitz rate (21.9%) and only blitzed Jackson on 26.3% of his dropbacks two weeks ago (14th in Week 12), but Jackson only averaged 4.1 Y/A on those dropbacks with an interception.
As bad a Jackson has been as a passer over this stretch, he still does have three QB1 scoring weeks (and has been a QB1 in five of his past seven starts) since he still has 282 rushing yards over the span. The floor has still been solid despite Jackson throwing multiple touchdown passes in just two games this season and failing to have a rushing score in a game since Week 2. Jackson is a floor-based QB1.
