- The Raiders have allowed opponents to reach the red zone or score a touchdown prior to the red zone a league-high 66.7% (10-of-15) of drives.
- The Steelers were the first team to win a game without running a play in the red zone since 2019.
- Las Vegas has allowed a league-high 51.8 yards per drive through two weeks.
- The Steelers are averaging a league-low 19.6 yards per drive.

Quarterback
Kenny Pickett: Pickett has been QB21 (9.7 points) and QB29 (10.3 points) to open the year.
He has faced two stingy defenses that we are going to discount performances for all season, but through two weeks we are seeing a lot of the same issues with Pickett that we had during his rookie season.
The lack of vertical passing in this offense has been prevalent after a preseason of promise.
On throws 10-plus yards downfield, Pickett has opened the season 8-of-21 (38.1%) with a 49.6 rating (26th).
Without pressure, Pickett is the league’s lowest-rated passer (51.2) right now. The next closest is Bryce Young at 71.9.
Without pressure, Pickett has completed just 58.7% of his passes for 4.8 Y/A. The league base rates without pressure are a 71.7% completion rate with 7.1 Y/A.
The wild part is that Pickett has been solid when pressured.
He has completed 63.3% of his passes for 7.7 Y/A under pressure while the league rates are 50.2% with 6.0 Y/A.
As bad as Pickett has been, this is a spot where, if you have him in 2QB leagues, you have to go back to him.
After facing San Francisco and Cleveland, he is drawing a Raider defense that has allowed a league-high 81.7% completion rate and a 7.1% touchdown rate, which is 31st.
The Raiders are dead last in pressure rate (maybe a bad thing here based on above) at 22.1% of dropbacks.
Pickett did make a start against the Raiders a year ago, connecting on 26-of-39 passes for 244 yards with a touchdown and an interception, closing that week as QB16 (12.7 points).
