Quarterback

Daniel Jones: Jones is returning from the bye week as a limited fantasy option. He has two QB1 scoring weeks this season in eight starts, both coming games in which he provided rushing touchdowns.

On the ground is where the fantasy production is here. Jones is averaging 6.8 rushing points per game, which is fifth at his position. The downside is that he is averaging 9.5 passing points per game, which is 32nd. Jones has failed to throw a touchdown pass in four of his games this season.

The concern here is that Jones will not be tasked to do much lifting. Houston is allowing just 10.9 passing points per game (seventh). They face 31.0 pass attempts per game, the fifth lowest in the league because their run defense has been so awful paired with the team leading for just 12.9% of their snaps.

Jones is a 2QB option that should have no issue with a positive game script but needs to cash in passing and rushing efficiency since we cannot bank on volume.
