Trust = spike production for that player
Quarterback
Will Levis: After a breakout performance in his first career start, Levis found production tougher Thursday night against the Steelers.
After completing 65.5% of his passes in his debut, he completed 56.4% last week. After 8.2 yards per pass attempt, he posted 6.7 Y/A with no touchdowns and an interception.
While the box score did not produce fantasy points, Levis still made several athletic and off-platform plays that showcased his unique skillset and arm strength. With Levis in the game, this offense still has another element of upside that it lacks otherwise.
Levis was under duress all night. He was pressured on 53.5% of his dropbacks Thursday, going 10-of-18 (55.6%) for 101 yards (5.6 Y/A) under pressure.
We still have a lot to find out about with Levis, but one area that has to be cleaned up is on third downs.
Through his two starts, Levis has 20 dropbacks on third down, converting just four of them. His 39.1 rating on third down the past two weeks is 30th out of 31 qualifiers.
Levis is best as an upside QB2 because the floor here is still low, but I do believe there is a case to be made for streaming him in 1QB leagues if you are missing Tua, Mahomes, or Hurts and are looking for upside paired with a positive matchup.
Tampa Bay has struggled on the back end since their bye.
Over the past four weeks, Tampa Bay has allowed a 72.8% completion rate (31st) and a league-high 9.3 yards per pass attempt. They have allowed nine touchdowns with one interception.
The Bucs have allowed top-five scoring weeks to Jared Goff, Josh Allen, and C.J. Stroud since their bye and also allowed 10.0 yards per pass attempt to Desmond Ridder in their other game.
