Week 3 excitement is wrapped up, and an early trend compared to last year is the decrease in major player injuries. League scoring is down which also means fantasy scoring is down. Grinding small edges on the waiver wire will play an important part in fantasy matchups especially with bye weeks right around the corner.

This is another week in which small roster adjustments can be made and conserving FAAB budget future weeks. If this trend continues I will break down defense and kicker streamers in a bit more detail as every extra point becomes more valuable in lower-scoring settings.

If Week 2 was “Elijah Mitchell Week,” Week 4 is officially “Josh Gordon Week.” Gordon will command the most attention this week as he is joining the Kansas City Chiefs. Gordon was an absolute beast on the football field, but his greatest success was eight years ago.  I’m definitely rooting for him and can get behind the excitement of him joining the Chiefs.
